Many, many thanks for organising such a fantastic trip to Slovenia…! It was our family’s first adventure holiday and our first try at camping and we had a truly superb holiday in the Soca Valley which was impeccably organised from start to finish supported by your excellent team based in Bovec. We especially enjoyed the caving and canyoning although rafting and kayaking on the Soca River was also a great experience – our kids had a ball…!
Mac and Petra were both very helpful and every day was different with a new experience to savour…the area was also really beautiful and we would recommend this part of Europe to anyone looking for an inspiring location for their adventure holiday – it is a really relaxed atmosphere around Bovec and the weather was warm and very mediterranean – a perfect getaway from the appalling summer weather here in the UK.
We were also very impressed with the camping arrangements made for us at the campsite just outside Bovec especially the tent and associated camping equipment supplied as part of your ‘Conventional Camping’ package. The set-up was excellent with every item supplied in top condition for a luxury camping experience….ten out of ten for your attention to detail…! Based on our experience and the feedback of our children; Simon (12) Rachel (14 )and Rebecca (16) we would be more than happy to recommend Outdoor Freaks to any family or adult group looking for a well-organised adventure holiday in Slovenia.
