Our trip begins with a short drive following the Soca River downstream to Most na Soci where we take the car train to Bohinj which follows a scenic route above the Baca valley traversing bridges and tunnels before taking the longest final tunnel emerging at the picturesque town of Bohinj. After a stop off at Bohing Lake we take the scenic route to Bled passing the delightful village of Stara Fuzina before arriving at Lake Bled with its beautiful island and castle perched on cliffs above the old town. We usually take a short lunch break before heading off to Radovna valley travelling along tree lined gravel roads before reaching Mojstrana on our way to Kranska Gora. The final leg of our tour takes us over Vrsic Pass following the Russian Road built by Russian prisoners of War before reaching the summit and descending to Trenta valley and back to Bovec.
